The difference between level 2 and level 3 is not really all that different in terms of form, function or sequence. Moving to level 3 is a matter of you recognizing that you've earned the reputation to change your positioning. Ask yourself... is your leader going to accept that positioning? Will it meet their expectations? If yes, go ahead and take that opportunity.
I like these four levels.
