Leaders love to debate what is most important for organizational success: Culture, Strategy, or Talent? Of course, all three characteristics are essential for long-term accomplishment. But which one fuels the most success? Of late, culture has received an enormous amount of attention because it is often fragmented or in disrepute in many organizations. While it hasn’t always been viewed in this way, a strong and positive culture is now thought to be indispensable for an organization’s success.
I agree with all the above, but there seems to be an order effect to them. That is, Talent begets Strategy, Strategy begets Culture. I'd probably through in Execution between Strategy & Culture to make a four-legged stool instead of three.

I've always operated with culture as a byproduct.
Not that you aren't working on it, but culture happens as a result of working on strategy and talent, among other areas.
Does that mean I'm thinking like a management consultant? *horrors*
