A friend and I would do yearly challenges together - different challenge each year.
We went a year just drinking water.
We went a year cutting sugar out of our diets.
We went a year with only 25 items in our closets.
No way I would have been able to do these things without him joining me. So many benefits of having at least one person to join you in habit forming.
