While organizational size can influence the complexity of change, success ultimately hinges on the quality of leadership. As Warren Buffett wisely noted, the most effective leaders possess integrity, intelligence, and energy—and without integrity, the other two can be dangerous. Empowering team leaders with these traits ensures that strategy is not only communicated but embodied, regardless of the organization's size.
We prefer behaviors more than traits... but you point is well taken.
An energetic, intelligent person with integrity might still struggle to know what the best behavior is to practice in certain situations that are complicated.

The first quality is about attitude. The following three qualities are about behavior. In my experience, this seems to be the right mix.
Yes, and even that first, gaining subscription, can be increased with the right behaviors.
