This is my small point, and I think it relates to the topic?

While organizational size can influence the complexity of change, success ultimately hinges on the quality of leadership. As Warren Buffett wisely noted, the most effective leaders possess integrity, intelligence, and energy—and without integrity, the other two can be dangerous. Empowering team leaders with these traits ensures that strategy is not only communicated but embodied, regardless of the organization's size.

The first quality is about attitude. The following three qualities are about behavior. In my experience, this seems to be the right mix.
