This is really good advice and very helpful when considering how you can disagree without 'falling out'. If you respectfully share your thoughts processes and considerations, and data and facts, you have a better change of coming to a conclusion without tarnishing a relationship. Thanks for this!!!

Interesting stuff in both of those biases you mention.
Glad you bring them up. Many people could see the discussion, if starting with those biases, as being used as a hack to manipulate your coworkers.
Is this why there is a nationwide limit on only having a single I/O psychologist employed per organization? :)
