Music is such a great pre-/ritual activity to do to get in the right mindset for things.

In politics rather than in sport, our PM is a top performer. So many if his actions, including decisions he makes, have him on the winners podium. He is admired and respected by a great majority of Australians, and deeply respected by leaders of other nations. He is an excellent conciliator and arbitrator of difficult situations. He may well become a key figure in helping broker a Middle East peace deal.

He is a top performer and a stand-out influencer.

I find when I wear in-ear headphones I become more focused - I’m not playing music with them. I use them for Teams meetings and get lazy taking them out between meetings. They’re not noise cancelling or anything (too muffled for me) - I don’t know why - could be all in my head - I haven’t tried to measure it or anything. Instead of music, I have a morning reading ritual I follow. I have noticed that I appear more disciplined throughout the day if I stick to my morning routine - it grounds me and sets me off on the right foot - a cornerstone habit you might say.
