After being on a couple of projects experiencing this, this spoke volumes to me. The break down in team communication and feeling lost on an island made me not wanting to be part of the team and eventually leaving the project.
Truly educative. I am truly hoping my team catches this completely. they are all unique and interesting people but just need to get this right. I still have great hope for them. It is the role of the leader never to give up explaining how each one must teach one more so we all keep growing and winning.
