This confuses integrity with “honesty” or “truth”. Integrity is doing what you say you will do - even when no one is looking. It is what is expected of you in your role. It is how your word and your actions align. That is a much different matter than honesty or truth.
I would suggest that if one is having these feelings/thoughts with work. It may be true. The C-Suite may be pushing profits over people. A manager is going to suggest a variation of what you wrote. After all their job is to motivate people. The individual has to assess their options and make a decision. Sometimes, things merely are what they are.
