We trainers refer to this is Tell, Show, Do. I like to add Coach as well as it encapsulates the iterative process and the importance of repetition.

Have also seen something similar to this as 4 steps to fully delegate anything properly:

1. I do

2. I do, you observe

3. You do, I observe

4. You do
