I've found a situation based approach difficult to keep in my head. Situations are different, the people are different, everything is different.

I've not read this book, but the approach sounds near-impossible to master.

What do you think, Joe, does this approach in this book start with you trying to understand all the differences?

How about an article on how employees can create "thunder for their leader(s)? Leaders can be as deaf - or even more - as employees. thx ben
