“Gifts” are nice, but what matters most is money – a bonus, a raise – a special performance award. Too often we substitute things for what really makes a difference because we’re afraid of setting a precedent or don’t want to hear others complain about not being treated equally. Well, we (Cary, NC) believe in treating individuals fairly because individuals are unique and deserve better than the lowest common denominator applied across the board.
