I like the concluding part of today's note- "just as agreement is the foundation of consensus, disagreement is the cornerstone of quality decision-making. Without it, leaders are defenseless against their own opinions."

Once again, a very insightful article. I agree disagreements are key and essential to clarifying thinking and assumptions. One of the real keys to disagreements, however, is to find TRUTH.
