Having organizational conversations about instilled values—often—could help to more firmly embrace them, keep them in the forefront, and open important dialogue. Excellent post.

This piece makes an important point about the solid foundational nature of values and the more adaptable way we use them. Well-established values should not change even if the world does. How they manifest in that new world is what must change.
