If you’re watching the Superbowl today, here’s something to look for. When a big break and masterful execution results in newfound confidence, a team or player often experiences a change in their energy and positivity. Good teams and players seize on this good fortune and work to execute even more precisely. When more good things start to happen, players and spectators begin to sense a shift in momentum.
I have found momentum to be pretty cool. As I work through this term (college). I am seeing the truth and power of consistency. I decided to take a couple STEM courses and push myself out of my comfort zone. Mission accomplished. The classes were initially daunting. After setting aside time every day to do the work and listen to the lessons (show up) I have felt some traction. While I am still a toddler when it comes to Excel; I am seeing progress.
Unfortunately, I will not be watching the Superbowl. I have a Pivot table assignment to work on after I get off work. Sometimes I find background noise helpful when doing homework, however certain programs (Sports, unseen movies, etc...) are too distracting. These days, I rarely have the time to watch them. If I do watch a sport, I prefer rugby.
