A great story line also includes the idea that your characters will face obstacles and struggle. Which also makes a great point about how you build your strategy too!

Creating and articulating the storyline is what allows the team to buy into the dream. Share the desired end result and work back, laying out the steps necessary to achieve the goal. Yes, input from the team will also ensure buy in by the team, and it lets the team members know that you value them and their contributions to the outcome. The final decision should be made by the team leader, as the leader is ultimately responsible for the outcome. Lead on!
