We use Parking Lots in our training sessions. When IRL - we use the flip chart sized post it note and ask the person who asked the question to get up and write it down. Then we review during breaks to see if we covered it or plan when to address the question. We found having people get up to write gives them some skin in the game and improves the quality of the questions.
