When offering others a choice, it is both natural and expected to give people the option of acceptance or rejection. Most commonly, this means giving others the choice between yes or no. “Would you like to go to dinner?” is a prime example. As is, “Would you like to try one of these?”
Beautifully simple. I imagine if a leader presents two yeses and neither work for someone, that person would be more willingly to create a third or fourth option to make it happen.
