Given that people naturally walk forward, it is somewhat surprising how many fitness trainers advise people to walk backward to activate more muscle groups.
Having just discovered how incredible walking backwards can be for reducing knee pain and injury, I love the approach of this field not to apply the principle to a professional context!

Theories of change and logic models were all the rage about 7-8 years ago in the UK. And I guess their utility has gained a foothold now. But this feels like what they attempt to do - work out the outcome and the figure out the cause and affect steps to get from here to there.
Jensen Huang actually advocated for this: vision into the future, then think about the steps it took for you to get there. If it worked for NVIDIA...
