Good morning Admired Leadership. I get up every morning and wait for this newsletter to come in. It seems to me that you are following me or work in my office because your messages seem to come in just when I need them. Thank you for sharing your insights and confirming I’m on the right path.

The daily posts are a great way to start my day, or pick up my day whenever I need it. They are like nuggest of gold, which I can refer to anytime, and can easily share with others that can b inspired and supported by the contentl

If as a leader you fail to effectively delegate and coach you will never develop new leaders! Leaders development is a primary responsibility of leadership.

Taking on chapter 2 from yesterdays (great Segway BTW) equipping your team with the knowledge and the skills, (tools) to get to the result is vital. I could go on and on and on, but instead, I leave you with this….

I like this idea. I think when you give people information, knowledge, skills, strategic objectives and an operating framework it allows them to make decisions and therefore means you can be a courageous delegator with confidence..

Our PM is an outstanding delegator. His shared leadership

style is inspirational. He never stands on the toes of, nor overrides his ministers. He has the deep and profound respect of all members of the Labor Party’s parliamentary wing. People within the community, particularly young people, rejoice in his candour and the trust he has in others. His transparency offers a wonderful insight into how good government should operate.
