I learned while working at McDonald's that you have to practice anything new before putting it into an everyday action. That way the action will be more successful. I know a company that waits until the day the action is to be implemented expecting everyone to make it successful. It usually turns into employees waiting to find out what to do. Therefore, money is wasted instead of people being productive.

Performing the 'walk through' is key to successful meetings in enterprise software sales. It takes hours of preparation, rehearsal, and getting the details right, to appear fluid and effortless in front of the prospect.
