Good morning,

What a great point.

One thing a peer of mine taught me (while teaching Sunday school:) is that "big boats turn slowly." We both have worked for large retailers. This has proven true in each of the organizations I have worked for.

I love your point that leaders always get the changes they reward. I also wonder, however, if everything in life has to be based on rewards. Participation trophies come to mind. Recognition for a job well done is critical, and I do realize that change happens slowly. Patience is a virtue that is rewarded. Again, many great points shared and considered. Thank You!
