So true yet lacking in todays corporate world to find employers that say they support work life balance but also walk that walk when it counts and do it genuinely .

I have found that people work their best when a moral imperative is involved. My first mantra of three I have used in training is:

Good things happen when good people get together to do the right things for the right reas.

Dies it work universally? No, but nothing does. Does it help motivate an individual to work within. a team to achieve a common goal,? Yes!
