So well said - especially that part about the exit being the entrance to the next conversation. It reframes the meeting as part of a larger rhythm rather than a box to check. One thing I’ve seen work well is ending with a “one thing I’m taking forward” round - it blends personal reflection with shared accountability.

A meeting is a moment, a mirror. And a mirror reveals the inner culture.

We should use safety in meetings to invite honesty, which leads to impact.
