Dr. Albert Mehrabian gave us the 7/38/55 rule. The pandemic gave us remote workers. The newer generations wants more personal contact and relationships in the work place and management governs by email. Who couldn't see this train crash coming?

This along with all the other great insights ALFN presents to us, should make us, not our bosses, ask the question, what am I doing at my level to address these issues? Leadership is hard, and never ending work.

We have a trilogy of leadership we advocate, Mentor, Leader, Trainer. If we, those impacted by the works of ALFN, and promote the Trilogy of Leadership, then we bring clarity and have a positive impact on not only our work environment, but all of those in our lives. How awesome is that?

Be safe.
