I like the thought of thinking in 10-minute units to plan my work - I want to work on Task A for Project X - This should take me 3 units (30 minutes). Instead of just mindlessly blocking 30 or 60-minute blocks on my calendar.

In ten minutes, we can rethink priorities, reconnect with purpose, or rest and recharge. It’s a small block with boundless possibilities.
