Nice post. I never considered myself an Agile learner until I did a startup Factory, which was in a business area I knew very little about directly. We made so many mistakes, it was comical. The only real strength was that we were desperate to learn. We developed the "pivot" technique. We would try something, change one variable, and see if we could "move" the problem. If we could move it, we could change it. We went from waiting for someone to save us to agile learning on the fly.

What experiences have you had with this?

I like to think I'm an Agile learner, but I do like to think about things for a while and mull new ideas over.
